Professional Business Writing for Impactful Workplace Communication (Open EdX course)
Professional Business Writing for Impactful Workplace Communication is an interactive E-learning hub designed to help students enhance essential job-related communication. Students will be guided on how to effectively utilise AI-powered writing assistance tools to check and improve their business writings, not only relying on the tools to generate the content for them. To enhance the standards to be more tailored to business needs, the platform engages language experts from faculties for feedback on communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese. Importantly, the platform also teaches on the AI-generated content showcased in diverse scenarios. By learning how to craft well-written messages and leverage AI judiciously, students will be better equipped to communicate professionally and effectively in the workplace, whether it's a formal email to a client or a quick message to a colleague. This online learning platform empowers students to hone both their writing skills and their ability to integrate AI tools into their communication workflow for maximum impact.
